CORRUGATION LINES
Our 5- Ply Fully Automatic Corrugation machine A-B-C FLUTE is operational with 2200 mm width and a production capacity of 12000 metric tons per annum.
FLEXO PRINTER & SLOTTER
In-house Single color, Two Color and Multi Color high quality printing Facility available. We have in-house flexo printing infrastructure made possible with high speed printing machines. With a jumbo deckle size of 2200mmX3600mm, the machines facilitates us to print about 15000 boxes per hour.
AUTO GLUER & STITCHER MACHINES
Well equipped with auto-bundeling and strapping system, we have a high speed folder gluer and stitcher machine with a capacity of making upto 10000 boxes per hour.

TESTING EQUIPMENT
We have an in house testing laboratory housing various testing equipments such as the B.S Tester to check the Bursting strength of paper, C.S TESTER COMPRESSIVE STRETH OF BOX, Edge Crush Machine to check the flute strength. We also have machines to test moisture content, solid content and Gramm age of paper.
